  • InSound Medical, Inc., has developed the world’s first 100% invisible extended wear hearing device, which is intended to be worn 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for months at a time.*
  • Lyric is comfortably placed in the ear canal by Lyric trained hearing professional. No surgery or anesthesia is required.
  • There are no batteries to replace and no repairs to make. Patients simply visit their hearing professional office every 2-4 months to receive new devices.
  • Lyric is sold on a subscription basis, meaning patients purchase a year's worth of Lyric devices at a time. Patients will be guaranteed to have the most advanced Lyric hearing technology currently available, since they will be receiving new devices at each follow-up office visit.
  • Lyric is programmed to the patient's specific hearing needs. Patients can adjust the settings and volume on their devices as needed, as well as turn them on and off.
  • Exceptional proximity to the tympanic membrane, a microphone that resides completely inside the ear canal, together with a high-performance electroacoustic design, allows for excellent sound quality with minimal feedback and occlusion.
  • Lyric uses a low-power integrated circuit in combination with a proprietary long-life battery to provide continuous operation without the need for removal from the ear for up to 120 days.
